Southern WV Environmental Infrastructure (Section 340) - ARRA

To provide environmental assistance to non-Federal interests in seventeen counties within the 3rd Congressional district in southern West Virginia.

Assistance may be in the form of design and construction assistance for water-related environmental infrastructure and resource protection and development
projects in southern West Virginia, including projects for: wastewater treatment and related facilities; water supply, storage, treatment, and distribution facilities; and surface water resource protection and development.

Environmental Infrastructure projects in southern WV are selected through a process administered by the Corps of Engineers and the West Virginia Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council.
