Research conducted under this Agreement will include an overview of field and laboratory testing techniques and extensive advanced numerical simulations cast in the context of a structural and probabilistic safety assessment of concrete dams.

The project will also include a case study of Seminoe

Dam which is currently suffering from alkali silica reactivity related expansion of concrete.
