Debate Clubs to Foster Leadership Skills in Underprivileged Youth

The Public Affairs Section of the U. S. Consulate General in Mumbai (PAS Mumbai) seeks proposals for a project entitled “Debate Clubs to Foster Leadership Skills in Underprivileged Youth.” The grantee would identify three partner organizations in Mumbai, such as schools in underprivileged

neighborhoods and social organizations that work with disadvantaged youth.

Ideally, partner organizations would operate in poor urban areas and work with youth that speak only Hindi or Marathi and not necessarily English.
