Connecticut Schools to Receive State Funds for School Security
A total of 169 Connecticut schools will be issued state funds to improve and upgrade their security resources as part of the first round of the state's Competitive Grant Program.
The schools, located across 36 Connecticut districts, will share $5 million in state funding as a partial payment for new security infrastructure installation costs.

SATA CommHealth and Bliss Restaurant landed Social Enterprise of the Year titles, while Bettr Barista Coffee Academy bagged the award for Social Enterprise Start-up of the Year.
