Lafayette District Applies for State Grant to Increase Access to Pre-K Education

According to educational research, children in pre-K programs are more inclined to perform better on standardized tests and in classrooms.


For this reason, the Lafayette district has applied for a state grant that would enable increased access to all children in Lafayette centers the same academic curriculum and preparation for kindergarten.
