Long Island Health Care Facilities Share Grant

Long Island health care facilities will be sharing a $3.2 million state grant. The grant will be used to offer rehabilitation to children who are recovering from a serious injury and in need of long-term ventilator care.


The grant was awarded to St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson and Our Lady of Consolation in West Islip for them to provide acute ventilator care.
