Owens-Illinois Inc. Receives Research and Development State Grant

The state's Third Frontier Economic Development Program, the Ohio Industrial Research and Development Center Program, awards the Owens-Illinois Inc with a $3 million Research-and-Development Grant.


The grant will be used to expand their global reserch facilities in Perrysburg. The company wishes to add new labs and expands its staff due to their significant investments in glass manufacturing and product research and development.
