Pinnacle Foods Wrests State Grant for Workforce Training

Pinnacle Foods Group, a provider of iconic brands, received a $25,000 Incumbent Worker grant for training its employees and personnel.

Gov. Bill Haslam and Burns Phillips, commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development awarded the grant to the company. The grants aim to spur job creation and retention, according to Phillips.
