Union County Emergency Management Acquires $45,000 Grant

The Union County Office of Emergency Management will gain an Emergency Management Open Initiative (EMOI) subgrant worth $45,000.


The $45,533 subgrant money is for consultant support as the county applies for the National Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP). The New Jersey Office of Emergency Management (NJOEM) allocated the subgrants for preparedness initiatives released to 20 government agencies, academic and private nonprofit organizations.
