The Department of Housing and Urban Development's mission is to increase homeownership, support community development and increase access to affordable housing free from discrimination. Uses and Use Restrictions
The selected Administrator will be responsible for two major activities of the fellowship program:
Manage and administer the fellowship program at the national and local level (Activity 1); and 2.
Develop training curriculum and train fellows for the program (Activity 2).
No Credentials or documentation are required. This program is excluded from coverage under 2 CFR 200, Subpart E - Cost Principles.

A notice for the fellowship program will be published in the federal register as soon as a PRA number is supplied. A 60 day and 30 day notice has been published. HUD is awaiting OMB approval, and anticipates that it will have the notice published sometime in July.
Applications will be reviewed against published criteria, rated and rankled, and awards made to the highested ranking application.

Post Assistance Requirements
Grant recipient will be required to submit four quarterly reports and one final report.
Grant recipients will be required to submit a financial report with their quarterly and final report.
Grant recipients are required to submit four quarterly progress reports that reflect the activities undertaken during the reporting period.
Expenditure reports are not applicable.
Performance monitoring is not applicable.
In accordance with the provisions of 2 CFR 200, Subpart F - Audit Requirements, non-Federal entities that expend financial assistance of $750,000 or more in Federal awards will have a single or a program-specific audit conducted for that year. Non-Federal entities that expend less than $750,000 a year in Federal awards are exempt from Federal audit requirements for that year, except as noted in 2 CFR 200.503. none
