Upper Truckee River Reaches 1&2 (Johnson Meadow) Restoration Planning Project
The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a grant agreement to The Tahoe Resources Conservation District under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 1 5. 543 - Pursuant to Title II, Division D, Public Law 108-7, Consolidated Appropriations Resolution, 2003, Water
and Related Resources.
Estimated total amount of agreement is $849,99 0. 6 9. Reclamation is providing $849,99 0. 69 in Fiscal Year 201 9. The project’s proposed activities will:1) Complete Feasibility Study containing opportunities and constraints assessment for Johnson Meadow; 2) Develop conceptual designs for Johnson Meadow; and 3) Prepare preliminary joint environmental documents for subsequent joint environmental impact documents.

BOR-MP-19-N003 for additional information) A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2. 14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
