Purpose of the Program:
The Capacity Building Program for Traditionally Underserved Populations under section 21(b)(2)(C) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (Rehabilitation Act) (29 U.S.C.

718(b)(2)(C)), provides outreach and technical assistance (TA) to minority entities and American Indian tribes to promote their participation in activities funded under the Rehabilitation Act, including assistance to enhance their capacity to carry out such activities.

Applications for grants under the Capacity Building Program for Traditionally Underserved Populations--Vocational Rehabilitation Training Institute for the Preparation of Personnel in American Indian Vocational Rehabilitation Services Projects, CFDA number 8 4. 315C, must be submitted electronically using the Governmentwide Grants.gov Apply site at www.Grants.gov.
