cooperative agreements will broaden the reach of CBAE grantees so that more youth are served.

FYSB also anticipates that these cooperative agreements will lead to further improvements in program quality so that the services that youth receive are even more effective.

The purpose of these agreements is to enhance and sustain CBAE programs in the following two priority areas:
Priority Area I - Provide technical assistance to CBAE grantees on forming partnerships with local school systems through alignment of grantee curriculum and programs with State health guidelines.

Priority Area II - Provide peer-to-peer technical assistance between abstinence education grantees giving particular attention to fostering youth and family program collaborations.
