Urgent Needs Grants

The urgent needs initiative is provided to ensure the continued operations of a credit union with an immediate and pressing need to address for financial or operational issues.

Urgent needs are those items or incidents that result in sudden unplanned or unexpected costs to the credit union which,

if left unaddressed, will result in a disruption of existing services to members.

This grant is NOT available to individuals, businesses, or not-for-profits.

Only credit unions that have received a low-income designation from the NCUA or from the state supervisory authority, with NCUA concurrence, are eligible.
