Emergency Supplemental Historic Preservation Fund: Florence, Yutu, Michael

As warranted, Congress will make appropriations from the Historic Preservation Fund (HPF) for historic preservation projects providing relief to areas that have received a major disaster declaration pursuant to the Robert T.

Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 USC 5121 et

seq.).

FY2019 Public Law 116-20 appropriated $50 million from the HPF to assist with damages from hurricanes Florence and Michael and typhoon Yutu which occurred in 201 8.
